Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• No prior publication nor is the paper presently under consideration by another journal.
• If applicable, all authors have consented to submission.
• An author was designated as corresponding.
• Manuscript is in Microsoft Word format.
• Editorial Policies have been adhered to.
• Author Guidelines have been observed.
• Conflicts of interest, should any be present, have been declared.
• Manuscript includes keywords, all figures (include relevant captions), all tables (including titles, description, footnotes).
• Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided.
• Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures in print.
• Highlights files (where applicable).
• Supplementary files (where applicable).
• Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'.
• All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa.
• Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources (including the Internet).
• Referee suggestions and contact details provided, based on journal requirements.
